Special order items include but are not limited to:

 

• SVS subwoofers
• Rythmik kits
• Vicoustic acoustic products
• Amplifiers or DSP products
• CSR Martini Absorb (Polymax acoustic panels)

 

Custom designed products

 

All Red Spade Audio loudspeakers and subs are classed as custom. All are manufactured to fulfill individual orders. This includes both our standard range as well as kit and new or unique custom designs which have been designed for a specific customer.

 

Order cancellation policy

 

Orders may be cancelled on stocked items. Notice of cancellation must be provided before the order has been packaged in preparation for shipment. A restocking fee of 20% of the full purchase price applies.

 

Special orders can't be cancelled, except where notice is given prior to ordering parts.

 

Custom products can be cancelled prior to completion, subject to the terms outlined below in our custom design cancellation policy.

 

If you change your mind

 

We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. This includes situations where:

 

• customer requirements change
• customer experiences financial difficulties
• customer is unable or unwilling to complete the purchase due to factors other than a failure of the product to meet reasonable requirements.

 

Although we are not required to do so under Australian consumer law, under special circumstances, we may at our discretion consider full or partial refunds.

 

Cancelling custom work

 

If a customer chooses to cancel an order involving custom work, the customer is required to cover the cost of parts that have been purchased and work that has been completed. In some cases, this could mean a further invoice is issued.

 

Refunds are limited to the amount to which the customer has paid for parts that have not been ordered or work that has not commenced. Except under special circumstances, determined at our discretion, we do not offer refunds.

 

All parts purchased to complete a custom product remain the property of Red Spade Audio until the final balance is paid. In the event of cancellation by the customer, we retain the right to keep and sell the parts to recoup our investment in the project.
