Step 2: Add shipping
Click on the "buy it now" button and this will open a new window with a shopping cart. In the middle, in the drop down menu, click on shipping. You will find an entry for Singapore/Australia/NZ. Click on "add shipping." You will now see shipping added to the price. You will also see the full price in USD.
